Wedding Rental Flower Package Terms & Conditions

Rental Period

All wedding rental packages are rented for a 2.5-day period. Pickup is available 1 day before your event, and items must be returned 1 day after your event.

Service Area

We provide rental services exclusively to Utah County and Salt Lake County. Local pickup is available free of charge. Delivery is available for an additional fee.

Delivery Fees

• Utah County: $150-350
• Salt Lake County: $150-350

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% required at booking
• Balance Due: Remaining 50% due 15 days before event
• Security Deposit: $350 refundable (returned within 7 days after return in original condition)

Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
• 30-60 days: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund
• Delivery fees are non-refundable

Damage & Missing Items

• Damaged or missing items charged at replacement cost
• Charges deducted from security deposit
• Normal wear and tear is not charged

Late Returns

$75 per day late fee
