HOW BOOKING WORKS

1. Check your date. Send your preferred event date, location, estimated guest count, and color palette through our inquiry form.
2. Receive your custom quote. We’ll confirm availability, seasonal flower options, package details, and your estimated event total.
3. Reserve your date. A signed agreement and a 50% nonrefundable booking retainer based on the initial estimated event total are required to reserve your date. The retainer is applied toward your final event total and is not an additional fee.
4. Finalize your details. Final guest count, bouquet size, flower preferences, upgrades, delivery, and setup are due 14 days before your event.
5. Pay the remaining balance. Your final invoice will reflect the confirmed package and upgrades, less the retainer already paid. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event, before flowers are purchased.

Your event date is not reserved until the agreement and booking retainer have been received.

FLOWERS & COLORS

Flowers are selected according to season and availability. Each bundle includes a coordinated mix designed to look beautiful together while still giving guests creative freedom. Premium blooms, specialty varieties, and exact color palettes may be available for an additional charge.

BOOKING & PAYMENT DETAILS

Starting at $75.00 Final pricing is based on guest count, flower selections, color palette, delivery, setup, and custom additions.

A 50% nonrefundable booking retainer reserves your event date after availability is confirmed and your agreement is completed. The retainer is credited toward your final event total. Final details and the remaining balance are due 14 days before the event. Changes requested within 14 days of the event are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

A separate refundable equipment/damage deposit may be required for Bloom Bar rental equipment.
